Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Danny Farah is an award-winning pianist currently based in New York City. He has won prizes in competitions such as the Crescendo International Music Competition and the St. Cecilia International Vocal and Instrumental Music Competition and has performed in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Center, and the Kimmel Center.  

Danny is a highly sought-after piano teacher. He maintains a private studio of his own consisting of students of all ages and skill levels while also being on the faculty at Music to Your Home and Hudson County School of Music. Additionally, he teaches group piano lessons at DZ Arts Development, Inc.

Danny began his piano studies at the age of nine. He earned his B.M. in Piano Performance summa cum laude from Temple University's Boyer College of Music and Dance and his M.M. in Collaborative Piano from the Mannes School of Music. He has participated in masterclasses with Jonathan Biss, James Dick, and Benjamin Zander, as well as a Chamber Music Society masterclass with flutist Adam Walker. His teachers and mentors have included Charles Abramovic, Audrey Axinn, Cristina Stanescu, Eteri Anjaparidze, and Viktor Valkov.
